Returns Policy

We, at Roach Colony offer a Returns & Guarantee Policy in accordance with the sale of live foods within 7 days of receipt of postage.

Returns & Guarantee

You are entitled to return your items/roaches if they are defective in any way, i.e. they have perished in transit (with certain restrictions, see below), or the item has been incorrectly sent. We can only issue a refund however when the roaches/items have been received by Roach Colony. All effort should be undertaken to make sure the roaches arrive with us safely and in the best possible condition. Upon delivery, we will refund you the cost of postage (1st Class Royal Mail, recorded delivery) and the cost of the item(s).

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, this can be returned to ourselves however you would be responsible for the postage charges incurred.

Roach Colony are only responsible for perished items under the following conditions:
Delivery was not refused or there was someone in to receive the goods
We are not responsible if no-one was in to receive the roaches
Send all returned items recorded delivery, as parcels that do not arrive without proof of postage will not be refunded.
